VietJet has launched two new air passes that allow purchasers to fly domestically in and around Vietnam without any limits through September 30 or March 31, 2021.
The Power Pass wipes the base fare to zero, and you only need to pay the actual taxes, admin fee, and any optional extras you decide to buy.

The only difference is the validity. The 8,999,000 VND ($386) allows travel until September 30 and the 16,999,000 VND ($728) one through March 31, 2021.

Conclusion
The domestic airfares within Vietnam are inexpensive. You can, however, save a bit if you fly a lot.
You only need to pay the admin fee and actual airport taxes (very low). There is not much left for individual flights if you decided to forgo any optional extras (not needed).
