Singapore Airlines made an update to its KrisFlyer Covid-19 policies late last week.
Elite Gold Rewards expiring between July and December 31, 2020, are now valid until March 31, 2021.

Previously these Elite Gold Rewards expiring by September 30 were extended until December 31, 2020.

Which Elite Gold Rewards are eligible for extension?
The following Elite Gold Rewards that will be expiring between July and December 2020 will be extended, and will be valid till 31 March 2021:
- Double KrisFlyer Miles Reward
- Short-haul Advance Upgrade
- Premium Economy Advance Upgrade
I logged into my account and noticed that my eligible Elite Gold Rewards were not extended.
The extended validity of your eligible Elite Gold Rewards will be reflected in your account progressively, before your rewards expire. Please log in here to view if you have Elite Gold Rewards.
Can I extend the validity of the extended Elite Gold Rewards for use beyond 31 March 2021?
Elite Gold Rewards may be used on flights departing after 31 March 2021, as long as the Rewards are applied on and before 31 March 2021. Please use your Elite Gold Rewards by 31 March 2021.
Elite Gold Rewards that have expired cannot be extended further.
I had applied my Double KrisFlyer Miles Reward on my booking. I would like to convert my ticket to a flight credit. What should I do?
Please cancel your Double KrisFlyer Miles Reward in Manage Booking before submitting your request through our online Assistance Request form to convert your ticket to a flight credit. Your Reward will be redeposited into your account if it has not passed its validity date, and will be made available for your next eligible booking. Your Reward will be extended and valid till 31 March 2021. It may take up to 4 weeks for the extended validity to be reflected in your account.

I had applied my Short-haul Advance Upgrade / Premium Economy Advance Upgrade Reward on my booking which has now been converted to a flight credit. Will the Reward be redeposited into my account?

I had applied my Double KrisFlyer Miles Reward on my booking, which has now been refunded. The status of the reward is still showing as Applied. What should I do?
If your refunded booking meets the eligibility criteria for our updated global travel waiver policy, please contact KrisFlyer Membership Services to have your reward reinstated. Your reward will be extended and will be valid till 31 December 2021, for your next eligible booking.
I am unable to view my eligible Elite Gold Rewards, after my tier was changed to Elite Silver. What should I do?

Conclusion
Singapore Airlines has previously issued quite a few Covid-19 related policies for KrisFlyer members and already extended some of them once or twice.
It would be better if all carriers, including Singapore Airlines, would extend their frequent flier policies until the end of 2021. Moving them by three months at a time is not the solution.
