Alaska Airlines has brought back the promotion it ran in August to get an entire row for the price of one seat. You get a second ticket for the actual taxes/airport fees.
Alaska also promises to keep the middle seat free, so you get the entire row for the price of one ticket on travel through October 31, 2020, if you book by September 16.
You can access this offer on Alaska’s website here.
Note that you must use promotional code GETYOURROW at the time of making the booking. The code is not valid on First Class or Saver fares.
It is not valid on Friday and Sunday travel.
Conclusion
Airlines should do whatever they can to stimulate demand, but it may not help if people don’t want to travel and when there are possible quarantine requirements in place (even within the United States).
