Accor has launched an offer for stays at participating ibis hotels in Sough America through December 31, 2021.
Accor ALL members get 3 nights for 2 and are eligible for an additional 10% discount. It is unclear if there is a booking deadline for this rate.

This offer is valid for stays in Chile, Peru, Colombia, Argentina, Ecuador, Uruguay, and Paraguay. Brazil is EXCLUDED.
Conclusion
I have yet to see another offer valid through the end of 2021, although I am sure that those will be introduced in two months.
There are often bonus points opportunities for stays in South America. Remember to check them before making the booking (you always need to register before booking to earn the bonus).
