PayPal Business Debit Card holders have received notification of a new promotion for 2% cash back on signature-based purchases from December 3, 2020 to January 31, 2021. It is possible that this is targeted, but I believe that previous iterations of this deal have been open to all.

- PayPal is offering 2% back on PayPal Business Debit card signature purchases from December 3, 2020 to January 31, 2020 (this may be targeted – YMMV)

Quick Thoughts
This doesn’t work for PIN-based purchases, but could nonetheless be useful for purchases like paying taxes and things of that ilk.
