IHG has launched its Europe summer sale for stays in participating countries and hotels through March 31, 2021.
IHG Rewards Club members get third night free (33% discount) if this rate plan is booked by September 10. There is a one-night deposit requirement, but you can change your stay dates by contacting the hotel minimum 48 hours before your stay.

I was not able to locate this sale page in English, but I would imagine that mist Europeans have some level of understanding in German (mine is VERY rusty).
The prices offered by participating hotels are very reasonable, like the InterContinental Berlin for less than 80 euros per night or Indigo Leicester Square in London for 142 GBP.

Book the “One Night on Us” rate between June 15th (00:01 AM local time) and September 10th 2020 (11:59 PM local time) for stays of three or more nights in participating IHG hotels in Europe Period from June 19, 2020 to March 31, 2021 (inclusive) to receive a 34% discount on the best flexible room rate for each night of stay. The best flexible room rate is a non-qualifying, unrestricted rate available in participating hotels.
The “One Night on Us” rate requires a non-refundable deposit for the first night of stay when booking. Stay dates can be changed directly at the hotel up to 48 hours prior to arrival, subject to availability and price changes. The booking must be made at least three days in advance.
The rates are per room and night. Breakfast is not included in the price. The discount is subject to limited availability, cut-off times and other restrictions set by the participating hotels. A tourist tax may apply in some cities. Currency and exchange rates can vary.
The discount is open to the public and IHG® Rewards Club members. IHG Rewards Club membership is free. You can find information about registration at www.ihgrewardsclub.com.
