World of Hyatt has brought back the now yearly redemption rebate promotion that this time is also available for those that don’t have affiliated credit cards.
All members get 15% of the points back, while those that have a Hyatt credit card from Chase will receive 25% for awards redeemed July 8 – October 8, 2020. You must register for this offer by September 1.

Note that it doesn’t matter when you have made the award reservations eligible for the rebate, but you must register for this offer. There is a maximum rebate of 30,000 points per transaction for all members and 60,000 for those with a Hyatt credit card.
Hyatt is also offering free parking to go with the award redemptions. The rebate is credited back to the member’s account a few weeks after redemption has been consumed.

It is nice that World of Hyatt this time extends the discount for non-credit cardholders too. Perhaps something to keep in mind if you are planning to redeem points this summer for hotels that don’t offer pandemic discounts.
